| All requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Approvals will be communicated via email. |
| A copy the the Contractors License & Certificate of Insurance must accompany the request. |

| Hours for Access - Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday appointments must be confirmed by 2PM on Friday. |
| Contractors must call the office at 954-510-5559 for lockbox code. |
| Absolutely no AC units should be lifted through the roof hatch. |
